Learn to harness the wisdom and energy of your mind and body on this unique wellness retreat, on the magical island of Ibiza. Journey towards your own individual transformation, find balance of mind and body; guided by Nics, your experienced and super friendly yoga coach, movement educator and practitioner. Nics will utilise a broad range of yoga styles, meditation and energy practices to lead and encourage you through a week of diverse experiences; moving towards improved physical wellness and mental ease, all set in our beautiful villa in the verdant hills of north Ibiza.

Ibiza's tangible magic and stunning beauty offers the perfect location for our retreat. Ibiza is a tiny island which pretty much has everything you need; from peaceful mountain hikes and sunset swims in hidden coves, to heritage architecture, fun shopping, fine dining and lots more.
The retreat will take place in a gorgeous, luxurious villa ‘Can Pep de sa Guaita’, nestled in the heart of the countryside, in the north of the island near the pretty village of San Juan de Labritja. Within our incredible villa's grounds, you’ll find an abundance of space, nature and peace. State-of-the-art facilities include, large chlorine-free pool, jacuzzi, gymnasium, outdoor cinema, and a brand new dedicated yoga dome.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE
Stretch, move and learn, through our daily guided yoga practices incorporating flow, restorative, yin and nidra, 1-2-1 body coaching plus dynamic and creative body work. We’ll embark on island adventures; fully immersing ourselves in nature by hiking Ibiza’s hidden trails, finding sea swimming coves and discovering Ibiza’s beautiful beaches.

We will nourish your body with our incredible five-star food, and reignite your soul with our team of world-class in-house therapists.

YOGA | NICS BANNISTER
Nics has developed a very special method of teaching yoga and mobility that stems from her passion that yoga should be fully inclusive and adaptable for everyone.

Her methodology and style developed out of her own experience of overcoming a debilitating injury from a ski accident in 2016; frustrated and overwhelmed by the restriction to her life from her injury, she set about using yoga to heal herself, with the result that she found yoga's magical ability to transform her life and return to optimal health.

Leaving her life in the corporate world in 2017, Nics embarked on a period of intense learning, undergoing courses in Anatomy and Physiology to complete her years of sporting and fitness knowledge and honor her new path. From being a gymnast and an athlete in her youth to progressing to serious running, leading to a Norwegian Arctic race over four days many years later, yoga underpinned this journey.

Nics has completed teaching training courses in Hatha Vinyasa and Yin Yoga (320RYT) followed by Mindful Meditation and core bodies of work on Somatics, Myofascial Release and Compassion. Together this has built an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of yoga styles and disciplines. Nics has blended such styles to create her unique methodology that allows her a complete personalised appraisal of her students, encouraging them to go far and beyond their previously held beliefs in what they would achieve, all the while being supported and encouraged by Nics.

Her honor of this unique natural ability of her students and her deeper understanding of the energetic load makes her teaching a true blending of mind and body. She strongly encourages kinesthetic and spatial awareness to work on deeper trapped stresses and softly holds space for physical and emotional healing.

Nics supports her yoga coaching and practitioner work as a reiki practitioner and will be emarbing on specialist work in the field of Neurogenic yoga and TRE in 2023.

MENUS | CHAYA KITCHEN
Using the bountiful abundance of local fruit and vegetables Ibiza has to offer, Chaya Kitchen will prepare delicious, plant-based meals for you. Full of tasty super foods, designed to nourish and delight you, whilst energising and brightening you from the inside out. Everything we create in our kitchen is home made, refined salt, sugar and gluten free, with some optional, occasional well-sourced local dairy.
Being super-foodie's at heart, we ensure there's absolutely never any compromise on any aspect of the eating experience. We look forward to surprising you with just how good truly healthy food can taste and feel.

THERAPIES & TREATMENTS
There are so many world-class therapists on the island which we cannot wait to share with you. From every possible massage style, to energy healing, reiki and breathwork, you’ll also find acupuncture, life coaching, watsu, TRE, tarot - and so much more.

WORKSHOP | WELLBEING FOR LIFE | LUCY HILL
Chaya Founder, Lucy will host a 2-hour workshop during the week covering the art of living well. The workshop will discuss what your body needs on a cellular level and how to support the body to thrive not just survive. We’ll look at simple and effective ways to upgrade the way you eat for better health; with a focus on how to live a high vibration life, incorporating cleansing on a regular bases. All meaning you feel inspired and in the know, about how to feel amazing through the way you support your body with food and practices.

ARRIVALS + FLIGHTS
Our check in is at 5:00pm. If you choose a flight arriving earlier in the day, we have a lovely suggestion for you. Get straight in to the relaxation zone by spending the day at spa hotel 'Atzaro'. You can hang by the pool, use their spa facilities including hammam, book gorgeous treatments and try their beautiful natural foods menu.
