Through a delicious grounding, strengthening yoga practice with Steffy, immunity-boosting superfood-fuelled menus by Chaya Kitchen, inspiring workshops, healing treatments, plus lots of R&R... All set against the majestically luxurious back drop of 'Can Jan' in the Catalunyan mountains.
Steffy White's nurturing teaching is perfectly aligned with the theme of her third retreat with Chaya this year. Following an amazing 10 days with us in Goa and our forthcoming Ibizan week, Steffy will lead twice daily yoga sessions, with a dynamic flow focus in the morning and yin in the evening. Alongside this guests can experience breath practice (pranayama) and guided meditations. The focus of this retreat is designed to enable you to nurture yourself... And strengthen on every level to prepare for the transition in to Autumn.
Chaya's Lucy Hill, aka Chaya Kitchen, will curate and prepare delicious, nutritious menus with a focus on superfoods and immunity boosting recipes and ingredients. Drawing from naturopathic principles, expect fresh organic juices and mylks, superfood snacks and high vibration meals, which will leave you feeling light and bright. Lucy will also teach a wellbeing food workshop, enabling guests to leave armed with inspiring, easy tips to integrate the retreat experience in to their daily lives.

Nestled in the Catalonian foothills of the Pyrenees, in the centre of a stunning, forested valley, lies Can Jan. Down a long private, rustic drive, with not another building in sight, Can Jan offers a unique experience of luxury and the perfect setting for retreat.
Can Jan is an ancient Catalonian farmhouse that has been comprehensively restored and decorated to a beautiful standard. Positioned within a private valley, it's grounds include an olive grove, fruit trees, pool area, lawns, all surrounded by more than 500 acres of private woodland at the foot of the Pyrenees. With incredible national parks nearby offering nature immersion at it's finest, a local medieval town to wander, Can Jan really offers the most amazing home for a Chaya retreat.

GETTING TO CAN JAN
Can Jan is 35 minute by car from Girona airport
1 hour 30 minute by car from Barcelona airport
25 minute by car to Girona railway station, which has good links to Barcelona.
If travelling from London, we advise the Ryan Air flight to Girona arriving at 15:50.
Taxis from Girona airport or railway station are approx 100e per 6/7 seater vehicle - we’ll help you connect with other guests to share the journey.
And if you decide to fly into Barcelona and hire a car, if you wish we can connect you with other retreaters for a car share (better for the environment!).
